Hi! I've been working on a laptop running debian for a while now. I was getting irritated at it because when the laptop isn't plugged into my docking station, it has performance issues. The docking station has a second monitor attached to it, which I used at work.
To try and 'fix' the problem, I decided in all my wisdom to update the video driver. Which wrecked it
Some outputs for you all:

The relevent hardware is the built-in VGA controller at
Code:

and the AMD/ATI VGA card:

john@machine:~$ cat /etc/issue
Debian GNU/Linux stretch/sid \n \l
john@machine:~$ cat /etc/debian_version

Obviously, I would really want to get my card to work again. From my understanding, the AMD/ATI Radeon HD 8870M video card is "unclaimed" meaning there is no driver attached to it. How/where do I find the correct driver? How do I install it.
I really hope one of you guys knows how to fix this.
