Canon Digital Camera

Is there a way to be able to access my Canon Powershot A80 digital camera through Konqueror. Currently when I enter 'camera:/' under Konqueror I get an error complaining about the io_slave. Sorry I do not have the exact error message (I'm at work). If anyone is aware of any steps I must take to be able to access my digi cam through Konqueror please let me know. Thanks in advanced!

Note: I can see and download files from the camera through digiKam.

Can you mount it like a USB drive?
you have to be root.
Then, try browsing the mounted directory.

I can't mount it because I can't figure out what /dev/ device it is. I have two SATA drives which are taking /dev/sda and /dev/sdb. I don't see other /dev/sd*s...

I never mounted a USB drive. While reading around, I saw even
USB device files in /proc

google a little (maybe for groups)
