For playing Crisis 3, is the integrated VGA of core i5 3570K enough?
Depends on what resolution, detail levels you are using, and what frameate you call 'enough'. But probably not.

GT640 isnt really a gamers card.
How smoothly games will run mostly depends on video card, but with some games the CPU makes a difference.
The 4800+ is below the minimum for many newer games. So even if you got a fsat video card, some the newer games will run fine, some of them will bog out, and some of them wont run at all.
You will get no help here with that, since installing MacOS X on non-Apple hardware is a clear violation of their license.
But anyways, if you want us to help you choosing hardware for your needs, don't you think it would be helpful to write down all relevant information in your first post, rather than from time to time a little piece of information?
