ATI Radeon 9600 XT

The 9600 regular driver doesn't seem to work for my XT. What should I use?

I am running Fedora Core 2 (Red Hat distro) -- do you think a comparable technique described in your tutorial would apply to me? I have an ATI Radeon 9600 XT (AGP slot) card. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Death to software-based rendering,

Andy
