I went to linmodems.org and used scanModem to identify my modem and it's pertinent info, however the link i was given to IBM's support page, which links to Agere's driver page, was out of date, and the Agere page does not seem to exist anymore, nor could I find any linux drivers on their site using a search!
Does anyone have these drivers sitting around, that they could email to me, or maybe know a web URL that is not out of date, please?
I can post my modem.txt file from scanModem's run also, if that would be helpful..
Awesome, thanks for the help, the link I got from scanModem linked to an IBM support link, which was there, but THAT page linked to Agere Systems' support page for linmodem drivers, which unfortunately was gone..
Thanks for the quick reply, I suppose I'd better get to reading up on how to make them WORK now...
