1 tv and 1 monitor, both displaying the same

Hi everyone....

I would like to display the exact same thing on both my monitor and my tv (conected using a composite RCA cable to my nvidia FX5200)... I've been trying to do this for a loooooong time... any suggestions?

I have found a lot of posts here as to how to use a tv as second monitor, but what about just displaying the same thing on both???? What do I have to add to my XF86Config-4 file ???

thanks in advance,

Ricardo

Did you install the proprietary drivers from Nvidia ( using the 'nvidia' driver and not 'nv' in XFree86Config-4)? If so I'm pretty sure you can set up twinview with the second display set to clone. Check out ftp://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Li...111/README.txt especially appendix I on how to set this up. There's also something called 'tv-out' in the readme but I think that may just refer to using only a tv and no monitor.
