Question want help finding sim card slot tty value


I have a computer with a sim card slot and 12.04.I have the script called sakis3g. i cant figure out how to find my sim card slots tty value so i can setup 3g with sakis3g. i have looked on the internet to no avail. i have attached my hardware info in the file below. help would be great. here is the relevant section from the text file.

Why do you want to use sakis3g with Ubuntu? Ubuntu already has a well tried and tested gui network manager that should be more than capable of getting your 3G up and running.
My own experience with sakis3g is that it doesn't work. (rather, I've never managed to get it to work) But using the Network Manager gui in Debian Gnome, I've never had any problems.
