US woman sues over ink cartridges

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/4293427.stm

Just out of interest, has anyone else ever thought this? I use a $550 Canon printer, and it blatently cheats me! I even got a free replacement out of them when I complained, but it's exactly the same.
