temp internet files

im using konqueror for my web bowser. i have my cache turned off. does anyone know where konqueror stores the temporary .tif, .jpg, .html files while you are viewing a webpage. i have been trying to track this down with no luck. konqueror has to download the files to your hard drive for viewing somewhere where the heck are these files stored. i looked all through ~/.kde/share/ on my redhat machine. also took a little trip over to the konqueror website with no luck.

wouldn't turning off cache prevent storing the images?

i'll try to turn it on and see if i get *.jpeg or *.jpg files are saved
find ~ -name "*.jpg"
find /tmp -name "*.jpg"

before and after i browse the net.

or googling
konqueror cache directory
