shell script using dialog box


hi,

i need to make one script that uses dialog box to ask user about his details such as name , address and wen i click ok... alll answers should be stored in a file....

kindly help me....

i have made a script but i m not able to get all my questions in one box and sending values to file,,,

I use Zenity for a simple script utility. There are several others--Google should find them.
