Running GIMP as user nobody!

Hi!
I'm creating a website with PHP and running it on Apache! I want to use Gimp in batch mode (without GUI) for image manipulation! Apache is running as user nobody, so I have trouble running gimp!! This is what happens when I try to run Gimp in batch mode using sudo nobody:
Code:
gimp -i -b "(script-fu-sketch)"
GIMP is not properly installed for the current user.
User installation was skipped because the '--no-interface' flag was used.
To perform user installation, run the GIMP without the '--no-interface' flag.

GIMP: Could not open '/.gimp-2.2/pluginrc' for writing: No such file or directory

GIMP: Unable to open a test swap file. To avoid data loss please check the location and permissions of the swap directory defined in your Preferences (currently "${gimp_dir}").

No batch interpreter specified, using the default 'plug_in_script_fu_eval'.
JPEG image: Could not open '/home/hyaku/Desktop/bw.jpg' for reading: Permission denied

batch command: experienced an execution error.
And this is what happens when I try to run without any arguments:
Code:
gimp
Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified

GIMP could not initialize the graphical user interface.
Make sure a proper setup for your display environment exists.
Can I still run Apache as nobody, but make it execute Gimp as a different user? Any
other suggestions please? Thank you!

all! these exclamation! marks! it's like yahoo!!

the nobody user has no home directory, so naturally the files it tries to access within its home do not exist! I would strongly suggest not using the gimp, but look at more suitable! image manipulation tools like those from ImageMagick, e.g. convert.
