pressing left and right mouse buttons at same time redirects to j-lo home page

ok, i have the weirdest problem i have yet to encounter on linux. when i'm in firefox and i press the left and right mouse buttons together at the same time i am immediately redirected to jennifer lopez' home page...

i can't find anything on this anywhere in google.

but whoa i just tried it now and it redirected me to download a pdf file called verkstedsprotokoll.pdf from www.mr-fylke.org

this smells like some kind of adware from a firefox plugin... not sure how i figure out which one.. or confirm this..

Has it really gone away? Linux systems can be set up to recognize a simultaneous left & right click as a middle click (for older systems without a 3 button mouse). Now middle clicking in firefox (when not over a link) will tell firefox to attempt to go to the page in your highlight-based memory. It's really useful when a URL is given in a non-link format.

So highlight some text, then click on left & right again and tell us if it happens again.

Middle click on my firefoxes directs you to Google's "I'm feeling lucky" for whatever text is in the clipboard.
