Port Forwarding/Mapping

What is the command using IPChains or IPTables that allows me to port forward/map a NAT/MASQ IP to an external address.

E.G. - My NAT IP is - 10.10.10.27, my EXT IP is 27.8.45.92. When ever I type in 27.8.45.92:80, I want to be redirected to the webserver on 10.10.10.27.

Thanks for anyones help.

JM
