pipe( action failed/ resumed)

Hello, I have some issues writing / reading the pipes ( I write with rsyslog, I read with some HP proprietary software.

Details in attach(if is possible to attach)

Questions before configurations and setup
-can I see the pipe size in linux ( I use pipe like IO - write/read) ?
-can I modify the pipe size ?
-can I see when a pipe is full ( a logged message somewhere that can help me troubleshoot things, maybe an audit log) ?
-can I modify the flags of the pipe ?
-well the same questions and the next setup I tried also to rsyslog forum..so I am alos waiting for their input.

Thanks a lot and for guys that want to understand the whole issue there is some attach

Hi!

This is too much, as in 'voluminous'. Could you try to trim this down into a readable concise question?
