Paging and Segmentation: Virtual Memory Linux

I am learning about paging and segmentation of process, and about virtual memory. I have been searching for some good examples of both to get a good perspective of what these processes do and how they offer an advantage of partition. Does anyone have any websites or an example(diagram) as to how the paging and segmentation process work with virtual memory. I understand the theory, I just need some visual aids...
