odbc connection to Sybase

Everyone,

I'm trying to connect to a Sybase 11.1 ADS server running on a Windows server.

I have odbc installed and installed the adsodbc-11.10.0.24 driver.

My question is, what to put in the odbc.ini? Or odbcinst.ini?

When I try to connect this happens:

$ isql -v Odie
[S1000][unixODBC][iAnywhere Solutions][Advantage SQL][ASA] Error 6060: Advantage Database Server not available on specified server. axServerConnect
[ISQL]ERROR: Could not SQLConnect

Since no one else is chiming in:
Found the issue, I'm posting this for future reference:
This is my working setup,

On a CentOS 7 machine I have:

linuxODBC 2.3.1
adsodbc 11.10.0.24

Connect to:

Windows Server running Sybase ADS 11.1

These are my ini files
odbc.ini

[bakery]
Description = Sybase 11
Driver = Sybase 11
DataDirectory = \\SRV01\Bakery\Sybase\sysdata\
Description = Advantage ODBC driver
Rows = False
MemoBlockSize = 64
DefaultType = Advantage
MaxTableCloseCache = 0
LOCKING = Record
CharSet = OEM
ADVANTAGELOCKING = OFF
ServerTypes = 2
TableExtension =

odbcinst.ini

[Sybase 11]
Description=Sybase Server
Driver=/usr/lib64/libadsodbc.so
Setup=/usr/lib64/libadsodbc.so
FileUsage=1

And, my issued turned out to be I needed $ODBCINI to be set:

export ODBCINI="/etc/" (if your odbc.ini and odbcinst.ini files are in /etc)
