Hi everyone!, I'm using Debian Linux and I just installed the nVidia drivers on my computer. They work great, and I currently have dual monitors. So I set it up to have the "Separate X Screens" options, so each monitor is a different desktop basically.
The problem with this is that I can get to one screen and another simple by crossing the mouse over or "pushing" it from one screen to another. My hope is to use VMWare and have Windows on one monitor and Linux on the other, but this will be annoying if the mouse always just slides from one OS to another. I'd much rather have a keystroke to switch to the different X Screen. Is this possible?

Not sure what display seup you have. Do you mean one screen is desktop 1 and second screen is desktop 2 of the same Gui?
If so and running KDE then this might work. Hold down the ctrl key and hit the tab key to rotate desktop. But I think it will change the desktop where you are at. Or maybe hold down the Alt key and hit tab to rotate through the running apps. Again the mouse may stay on the desktop it is at.
Alright, but doesnt ctrl-tab just switch between multiple desktops? nVidia actually has an option for "Separate X screens" where each screen has its own taskbar, own 4 multiple desktops, own wallpaper, own screensaver, own windows, etc
So with VMware, my hope would be to switch from the Virtual Windows on one screen to Linux, without having to press alt-tab and get out of full screen Windows XP mode...
