modem - HCF conexant drivers

i've tried the new HCF Conexant drivers, from MBSI, with my Diamond supraexpress 56i pro VCC, but all i get is 'NO CARRIER'

is anyone else having this problem, and has anyone figured out how to correct this yet?

my modem is a Diamond supraexpress 56i pro VCC, model SUP2760, vendorID 14F1, and deviceID 1033, if this helps.

if anyone has any info, it will be much appreciated!
