lm_sensor & i2c

First I have all the i2c stuff compiled in my kernel,

but i canīt understand whatīs wrong (run sensors-detect as root):

We can start with probing for (PCI) I2C or SMBus adapters.
You do not need any special privileges for this.
Do you want to probe now? (YES/no): yes
Probing for PCI bus adapters...
Sorry, no PCI bus adapters found.

We will now try to load each adapter module in turn.
Do you now want to be prompted for non-detectable adapters? (yes/NO):
To continue, we need module īi2c-devī to be loaded.
If it is built-in into your kernel, you can safely skip this.
i2c-dev is not loaded. Do you want to load it now? (YES/no):
modprobe: Canīt locate module i2c-dev
Loading failed (), expect problems later on.

We are now going to do the adapter probings. Some adapters may hang halfway
through; we canīt really help that. Also, some chips will be double detected;
we choose the one with the highest confidence value in that case.
If you found that the adapter hung after probing a certain address, you can
specify that address to remain unprobed. That often
includes address 0x69 (clock chip).
Couldnīt open /proc/bus/i2c?!? at /usr/sbin/sensors-detect line 2735, <STDIN> li
ne 3.

I have installed the i2c stuff inside my kernel, this is waht dmesg is returning:
I2O Core - (C) Copyright 1999 Red Hat Software
I2O: Event thread created as pid 13
Linux I2O PCI support (c) 1999 Red Hat Software.
i2o: Checking for PCI I2O controllers...
I2O configuration manager v 0.04.
I2O Block Storage OSM v0.9
i2o_block: Checking for I2O Block devices...
I2O LAN OSM (C) 1999 University of Helsinki.
