Latest Linux Os with Mono

Hi ,

What is the latest Linux version that has the Mono IDE? Do we have to download it and install? Or it is already comming with Linux Distributions?

Thanks
Anushka

Both Ubuntu and Debian have mono and monodevelop (IDE) all packaged up and ready to install. A bit of the mono stuff gets installed automatically as there are a few different programs that are written in c# on linux (like f-spot).
