kde tweaking help

I have installed slackware 10, recompiled kernel with bootsplash, now I can't get a few simple problems solved with kde. I have set up KDE 3.4 beta.

First off, I want to know how to change the KDE logo.(arrow points to it)

Please notice the size of the Konqueror icon.
Now how do I get this effect on mouseover?

I can't find the difference, those settings are on slax linux.

Thanks for the help

The KMenu Icon is controlled by what Icon set your using ( Looks like your using Crystal ).

To get the icon zooming, right click the panel, and select configure panel, then chose the appearance tab, and check the option called Enable Icon Zooming.
