If you are using Firefox go

Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks -> File -> Export

This will save them to a folder of your choice which you can save to reinstall them later

To reinstall

Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks -> File -> Import

Partition your hard-drive, assuming it's hdc

hdc1 Windows
hdc2 Gentoo Boot
hdc3 Gentoo Swap
hdc4 Gentoo /

This is a simple partition scheme modify it to your needs

Install XP on hdc1 then Gentoo, put grub on the MBR modify /boot/grub/grub.conf add Windows boot parameters, something like

title=Windows XP
rootnoverify (hd0,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1
