How can you find all the 'Option's for a card to set in XF86config?

Hi. I was wondering if there is any straight forward way to find all the possible "Option" keywords that can be used for a particular device (video card) when the documentation is very limited at best. In particular, I'm looking for any tv-out specific options for my Matrox p650 card such as screen scaling, height, width, stretching, etc. The only options that have been provided to me are SelectedRegion and OutputRegion, which give me control on how much of the computer screen is outputted to the tv, and where on the tv it's outputted. These parameters alone are not enough for me to get the output to fill the entire tv screen, it needs some stretching width-wise to fill up the black area on the right.

anyways, can I easily find all the options available by maybe looking in the source? Or perhaps a command I can run on the driver to spit it all out? Thanks.

Also, I have windows dual booted on this computer, and the options there allow me to stretch/shrink the output in any direction. So at least I know there is a hardware command.

have you looked at the xfree documentation/man pages? there's a nice list here (also check out www.x.org)

I don't know your card, but let's assume you use Driver = p650.
Then just read:
man p650
