Help updating ubuntu without internet access

Theres an ubuntu update that will allow my partition to connect to the internet. Right now, I can connect on my windows partition but not on ubuntu. I would like to know if there is any way I could download the updates on windows, put it on a usb stick and then install them on ubuntu.

Basically, I'm looking for a link to download ubuntu updates, any help?

The trouble will be identifying all the packages which need to be updated...

Do you have a 2nd computer with a webserver on it? You can load the packages onto a webserver and change your apt sources to point to your internal webserver. This way, your package updates are in one location

I just took my computer to my friends house who uses a modem, it took a while but the updates were downloaded and it works fine. Thanks everyone.
