Help: tty console to serial port
I don't know how to search for this, nor if this is the right place to ask. So here it goes. I installed Ubuntu server 10.10 (Linux ubuntu-server 2.6.35-22-generic-pae #35-Ubuntu SMP Sat Oct 16 22:16:51 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux), enabled ssh daemon and removed graphic card. Now I'm running Linux PC box without graphic card and accessing it only over SSH. No X windows is installed. As problems are always around the corner I'd still like to access system trough tty console. Is there a way to configure Linux (Ubuntu) box that default tty input/output is serial port? I have 2 of them. You know, just the way few embedded devices have implemented (or Cisco routers etc.), so you can see everything from GRUB menu to login prompt trough serial port (COM port).
Thank you for the help!
