please answer my question anybody

./ftprestart: error while loading shared libraries ... ( post #1)

I had recently upgraded my glibc īs rpms and when i want to restart my ftpd or another service i receive this message in my redhat 7.2

./ftprestart: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

[root@bamx002bkb lib]# ls -l libssl*
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 273850 Sep 7 2001 libssl.a
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 26 Sep 17 07:22 libssl.so -> ../../lib/libssl.so.0.9.6b

What can i do?????
