FROM Address in server generated messages


Hi,

Some of my scripts send e-mail alerts when they fail.

Does anyone know how I can change the mailfrom address. It always comes out as root@localhost.localdomain

You'll need to change your machines hostname and domain its associated/setup as, etc.

I've tried that doesnt seem to make a difference, i want to try and manipulate it in the script if possible
