I've got a CyBook Gen3 ebook reader but haven't really been using it because I'm put off by the clunky interface and some other things. For example I don't like the fact that if you put multiple documents in a folder e.g. if you have different chapters or volumes in a book that they won't be listed together. Little things like being able to scroll and change pages just by flicking a touch screen like on the iPhone would be nice at the moment there's only the clunky navigation buttons in the bottom right corner that wouldn't be so bad if they were quieter. A colour screen would be nice and would actually be necessary for reading some books e.g.

But it seemed to be the best thing out at the time. Right now the Nokia N810 looks very nice but I wondered if there were any better traditional ebook reader e-ink alternatives out there.
I'd like something with the following:
Must run Linux or any other free OS
Have a light and thin form factor
Have a 7" colour touch screen
A pop-up on screen keyboard is preferred to a slide out one
SD/MicroSD card slot - I currently store a copy of all my ebooks on a SD card as well as my PC and not the ebook reader itself so I can move them between devices easily if I want.
Ability to access the underlying OS to do things like connect to wifi hotspots, launch apps
Bluetooth
