Exclamation Dual Boot w/ WinXP Pro, Windows wont boot.

I am trying to install windows XP Professional and Ubuntu 5.10 as a dual boot and it's not working. First I installed Windows XP Pro then I proceed to install Ubuntu 5.10 and it seems to go fine. The partitioning is a little confusing but it all seems fine. I finish installing Ubuntu and I go to restart and make sure Windows boots up properly and I get an evil blue screen of death that reads:

A problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.

Technical information:

***STOP: 0x0000007b (0xF7C4F640, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

My partitions are as follows (could'nt make a chart so copy and paste the link):

The windows partitions I set up in the windows installer the other partitions I set up in the Ubuntu installer, I'm pretty sure I let it auto configure. Any help would be great, email me with the subject line as DUAL BOOT @ bobbyj99 [AT] gmail [DOT] com.

If you need more information just ask.
