Big Problem! display and terminal control

I, like a complete idiot, set my refresh rate to horizontal 75Hz and Vertical 75Khz.... or w/e but they are both set to 75, and i logged out of X server and came back in and now all i get is the terminal on a black screen... is there anyway to access the display system tool from the terminal and reset my refresh rate to default or something?

im running red hat 9.0 if that makes any difference...

You could try to run redhat-config-xfree86 from the console. If all else fails then you could also edit the /etc/X11/XF86Config file and comment out all of the lines that start with "ModeLine".
