How can anyone help you, if you don't say what you're looking for??? The asterisk website has complete documentation, links to books, programming resources, tutorials, setup guides, etc. What else are you looking for??
No one here is going to know what you mean by "proper and appropriate knowledge"...if you're not finding it on their website, try Google for a specific question, or ask that specific question here. But we can't look things up for you.
