A error while starting xmms

I start the xmms application and the following error occurs:

The font "-adobe-helvetica-medium-r-normal--16-*-*-*-*-*-iso8859-1,
-*-*-medium-r-normal--16-*-*-*-*-*-gb2312.1980-0,*-r-*" does not support all the required character sets for the current locale "en_US.UTF-8"
(Missing character set "GBK-0")

Can someone give me some advices?

- "error messages are your friend"

Use a different font. This can be specified in ~/.xmms/config
In there you'll find the following lines, which you can change to a font that you have:
Code:
playlist_font=-adobe-helvetica-bold-r-*-*-10-*
mainwin_font=-adobe-helvetica-medium-r-*-*-8-*
To find available fonts use the command xfontsel
But I'm sure you can also set it from within the GUI in 'preferences' or something like that.

Cheers, Leon.
