Talking Video games.

Hi,

Any Video games fans here ?

Does anybody know any good 3-player or 4-player gamepad oriented retro games ?
Or games that can be played via a emulator using a ROM on a PC ?

My nieces are likely to come over to my place next year. Also my friends and I are looking forward to take a break from heavy duty games like Dota, CS:GO etc.

Also please post your favorite games list.

I run a TON of DOS games on DOSBOX on my laptop. IT is not STEAM compatible, or I could run a dozen newer games. If yours is STEAM compatible, the gaming world is an open door!

Thanks for your inputs guys. Silly me , I didn't happen to see a linux games section.

I plan to play non-addictive games like bomberman, digdug , or similar 3-player 4-player games with the kids.

I own a desktop with a decent config from a gamer's viewpoint, and yes I play on steam. Don't mind buying some games too.

Can this thread be shifted to the Linux games section please ?

Thanks again.

A few multiplayer gems for the emulators:

Puzzle N Desu (aka Gnome Squish). Use the 2nd menu option for multiplayer.

Dr. Mario (N64 version is best)

The New Tetris (Also N64. Disable up button to avoid critical mistakes while playing.)

Smash Bros

Mario Kart

Mario Party

PCE/TG16 Bomberman. It takes up to 4 (or was that 5) players at once.
