UT2004 - Allocated Only 32M AGP!

Log: OpenGL: allocated 32 MByte of AGP memory

What's with this? I see this in error logs from myself and other people. Why is this only 32M? Can't it be what my video card is or crank it up to like 128M? Is it possible?
