Quake3demo Question

I download quake3demo. It installed okay but it runs crappy and the sound is no good. This is what i'm running:

AMD k6 3D processor 500mhz
Trident CyberBlade (generic)
128 megs Ram

Is the game configured wrong or my computer can't support Quake 3?

hmm... you do have a 3d hardware accel card, right? btw, you wont be able to run ut2003 on that compy, since the k6 lacks nessesary physics code. a little off topic, but to prevent you from posting that problem
