quake 3 video problem


everytime I try to run the Q3 Demo it starts to load screen blinks and my resoultions have changed. Game never loads gives this error:

Error: Couldn't load default.cfg

I have no clue what this means. I have nvidia drivers loaded and glx loaded. If anyone out there can help plz.

You don't have a Quake 3 Config file.
Try searching on the net for one.
If you can't find one in a few days, I'll send you a copy of mine.
