Quake 3 config file

I need to change the resolution for quake3 without running it 'cos i tried making it higher while the game was running and now all i can see is the top left quarter of the menu, it also seems to have gone into window mode.

is there a config file i can edit manually?

cheers!

baseq3/default.cfg or q3.cfg? Something like that it's called. Then just look for resoloution.
