Petitioning game companies and writing to them

I would like to take a minute of everyones time that is interested in linux gaming.
Are there any games out there that you like that you would like to see ported to linux?
Are there any new games that are soon to be released that you know of that you would like to see on linux?

If so, I suggest doing something about it instead of wishing that linux had and what if linux had that game or games.

Check out this site
http://www.jimbobbob.emptydoor.com/c...ikonboard.cgi?
It is a new site so there is not that many people on it yet but if the linux community, or linux gamers can unite in mass quantities to a specific site and then convince or suggest to companies that we would like to see there games on linux, we would have a better chance at seeing more games on linux. If it is an organized attempt at petitioning or trying to convince a company we will probably see a higher success rate than randomly flinging e-mail or letters to game companies.

So if anyone is interested in supporting linux games and want to help get new games onto linux I suggest we need to start someplace and this place is as good as any.

Thanks for taking the time to read and considering this message.

Your linux friend,
MNKyDeth1

A thread has already been started about this forum. It was closed (by Trickykid, I think) on the grounds that advertising other forums is not allowed here.

I would expect this thread to close fairly soon.
