I'm running the current branch of the latest Slackware 10.2 branch with kernel 2.4.32 and sdl version 1.2.9. When installing Nexuiz via the loki installer (
http://www.liflg.org/?catid=6&gameid=64), I get the following error when running the `nexuiz` launch script:
Code:

The loki guys suggested that in this situation, people use:
Code:
LD_PRELOAD=/home/ateam/games/pc/nexuiz/lib/libSDL-1.2.so.0 ./nexuiz
This, however, returns the same error as before.
An `ldd` of the nexuiz-sdl binary in the game directory shows:
Code:
libm.so.6 => /lib/libm.so.6 (0x40032000)
libdl.so.2 => /lib/libdl.so.2 (0x40055000)
libSDL-1.2.so.0 => /usr/lib/libSDL-1.2.so.0 (0x4005a000)
libpthread.so.0 => /lib/libpthread.so.0 (0x400d9000)
libc.so.6 => /lib/libc.so.6 (0x4012c000)
/lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x40000000)
libstdc++.so.5 => /usr/lib/./libstdc++.so.5 (0x4025a000)
libX11.so.6 => /usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.so.6 (0x40312000)
libXext.so.6 => /usr/X11R6/lib/libXext.so.6 (0x403dd000)
libgcc_s.so.1 => /usr/lib/./libgcc_s.so.1 (0x403eb000)
No strange TLS libraries are trying to be used, as some suspected because of Slackware's somewhat recent introduction to them.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be cuasing this problem? Thanks in advance!
