Libre Game Night (2.0)

Libre Game Night is one night a week members of the community can kick back and play a good game together.
Rather than necro-bumping the old thread, it seemed more appropriate to make this new thread.
For this LGN, we're going to play Xonotic-- Saturday, January 2nd @ 6:30pm UTC.
At that time, we'll meet up on the #LGN Freenode IRC channel, and get to playing.

Never heard of Xonotic. I probably will never have the time to join and play. But I am a gamer through-and-through and with that in mind why not add more info about the LGN and what past LGN's were like and etc.

What's required to participate? What timezones are most players from? And like that there.
