[SOLVED] KSP install advice needed for Ubuntu

I want to try out KSP and was wondering if anyone would mind suggesting the best way to do this. I am running Ubuntu 12.04.1 and have Wine installed.
Not sure where to get or which KSP version to use. Comp is a Dell Optiplex GX270 P4 at 3.2ghz, the ram is 1gb.

Kerbal Space Program is available for Linux natively, just download it from the site.

That said, I don't think your computer is really up to the task of running it.

Thanks for the reply. I suspected as much. The old gal has been around for a while now.
