Doom 3 help

ok ive downloaded the linux binary (doom3-linux-1.1.1282.x86.run) and when i tried to install it this is what comes up

Code:
[root@c002600 cdrom]# sh doom3-linux-1.1.1282.x86.run
Verifying Archive Integrity...... All Good
Uncompressing Doom 3..........
then the Konsole goes to a white screen and there is no extra cpu usage or mem usage... which seems weird if it was decompressing. I thought it was the file so i tried others downloaded from other sites and still the same. Im not sure what to do.

Configuration:

FC2
Kernel 2.6.8-1.521 w/ Nvidia Support
Nvidia GeForce 4 Ti 4200 128mb ddr
AMD Athlon XP 2600+
512 Dual DDR

Just wait and let it decompress. I think it takes a few seconds.
