I start the game on Steam

and i end up on this launcher
https://ibb.co/mFwcPjX

"Your current Linux distribution or version does not meet this game's requirement"

I click on "Continue Anyway"

https://ibb.co/gMqbBxF

"Your current active CPU governor is not optimised for playing Total War:WARHAMMER III"

same process

https://ibb.co/72dKq9g

"Your computer's graphics card or driver is not supported by the game"

again

https://ibb.co/YcqtsQq

I click on "play"

https://ibb.co/ZzFJwm3

"System does not support 3D API required by this game!

You may be able to relaunch the games to send the crash log automatically"

So i try to launch it on Proton 7.0-5

the game let me access the main launcher

https://ibb.co/x596rjw

But it close when i click on "Play"

the FAQ of the game just redirect me on a tutorial on "How to install Vulkan API for your AMD graphic card" I'VE A NVIDIA CARD i'm not able to find one person with the same problem as mine on the entire internet

What should i do ?

Correct me if I'm wrong but that installed driver version (and a lot of the other stuff in the inxi output as well) is quite old - that may be part of the issue. I don't have a lot of experience with Peppermint, but isn't it that boutique distro that's meant to show off the 'application specific browser' concept? Any specific reason you're using that as opposed to normal Debian (or one of the better-documented/more common derivatives, like Ubuntu, Pop!, or Mint)?

Something else to question (which is probably more pertinent to your issue): do you actually have Vulkan installed? Did you follow the FAQ's advice to check on this, and if it is not installed, install it?

Ok, it was the same problem, for those who want to know Peppermint (Debian or Devuan) offer you to use a program for automatically install your graphic drivers ( i was thinking that enable just the good one would resolve the issue)

I just used the "Peppermind Hub", i went on "Synaptic" i manually remove every program with "Nvidia" in it

I follow this tutorial (you could avoid the part when he tell you to blacklist Nouveau if you want)

https://www.if-not-true-then-false.c...-nvidia-guide/

The game launch without more manipulation.
