That's not a trivial undertaking. Consider some issues:
1. Kernel with suitable drivers - the android system usually runs on arm, for driving android devices. It's not like a distro kernel, which has all modules enabled. Your cpu is?? Your devices are probably
2. libc. At the heart of every system is a libc, which handles the i/o, disk writes, etc. That has addresses hardcoded into it for various parts of the box. All these may be subject to change on your nintendo.
These are challenges which keep software guys busy for a few months. If it has been done, find that, It is highly unlikely that this would work out of the box. I doubt if you have the hardware to program chips out of circuit to get over a bricked device.
