I'm a participant in a UK research study called Protect, which is trying to correlate cognitive decline (or otherwise!) in the old with a slew of other factors such as diet and social capital. Every so often I find a note in my mailbox that it's time to do another online test. These tests involve video games that I find very difficult, as I don't have any experience in video gaming and my physical reactions have never been fast.

I suspect that milennials would have fewer problems with this kind of prescription, even when they get to my age.
