Useradd not working

When I try to add an ssh account with useradd, it actually works, but then I try to login to that account and it doesn't work. I checked the logs and I get

Nov 25 21:55:57 server118 useradd[29377]: new user: name=okay, uid=520, gid=100, home=/home/okay, shell=/bin/bash

Nov 25 21:56:24 server118 sshd[29382]: User okay not allowed because not listed in AllowUsers

Nov 25 21:56:24 server118 sshd[29382]: Failed none for illegal user okay from 68.76.186.154 port 2874

Nov 25 21:56:25 server118 sshd[29382]: Failed password for illegal user okay from 68.76.186.154 port 2874

Please help me... If possible, email matthew@dominatehosting.com as I might forget the web address to here.

Something looks strange in the useradd command you are entering. Are you sure you entered all the right switches, like -d /home/okay -u UID, etc?

/usr/sbin/useradd -g users -d /home/okay -s /bin/bash okay

Afterwards, I did passwd okay and changed the password...

I was in #Linux on GamesNET IRC Network and they told me to use that command...
