Problem with kconfigwidgets-5.19.0 Could not find kdoctools catalogs

Hello everyone,
sorry for my English is pretty bad
I have a little problem I'm building KDE Frameworks 5, using the BLFS book version 7.9

and part of Building KDE Frameworks 5 (KF5)

when it starts to build me kconfigwidgets-5.19.0 package generates the following error.

Code:
Could not locate file "kf5/kdoctools/customization" in ("/home/lfs/.local/share", "/usr/share")
Could not locate file "kf5/kdoctools/customization" in ("/home/lfs/.local/share", "/usr/share")
Error: Could not find kdoctools catalogs
docs/preparetips/CMakeFiles/docs-preparetips-preparetips5-1.dir/build.make:61: fallo en las instrucciones para el objetivo 'docs/preparetips/preparetips5.1'
make[2]: *** [docs/preparetips/preparetips5.1] Error 1
CMakeFiles/Makefile2:3966: fallo en las instrucciones para el objetivo 'docs/preparetips/CMakeFiles/docs-preparetips-preparetips5-1.dir/all'
make[1]: *** [docs/preparetips/CMakeFiles/docs-preparetips-preparetips5-1.dir/all] Error 2
Makefile:127: fallo en las instrucciones para el objetivo 'all'
make: *** [all] Error 2
it is assumed that kdoctools compile correctly, because it is generating this error?
as I can solve?
as an extra data I say that I have not built anything KD4

and QT5 and KD5 are installed in / opt

You didn't set up the environment as you should've (XDG_DATA_DIRS wasn't set to $KF5_PREFIX/share).
