problem in blfs

While installing Sysstat package of chapter 11 in blfs do we have to create /usr/lib/sa manually or it will be created automatically ?
We tried installing the package but it did not create this directory and gives a message of -:

Calling the system activity data collector(sadc)
/etc/rcd/rcsysinit.d/S85sysstat:line 16:
/usr/lib/sa/sadc:No such file or directory

at boot time.

No. You're talking about installing Sysstat, right?

The Error didn't say that exactly.
Have you checked that /usr/lib/sa/ exists?
It may be that 'sadc' doesn't exist.
