LFS-9.0, gettext: No rule to make target 'install-nobase_includeHEADERS'.

Chapter 5. Host system is LFS 8.4.

Code:
Making all in src
make[2]: Entering directory '/home/lena/Data/LFS-build-chroots/netlux-9.0/build/build/gettext-0.20.1/gettext-tools/src'
here=`pwd`; \
cd ../../libtextstyle/lib && \
  make install-nobase_includeHEADERS install-nobase_nodist_includeHEADERS includedir="$here"
make[3]: Entering directory '/home/lena/Data/LFS-build-chroots/netlux-9.0/build/build/gettext-0.20.1/libtextstyle/lib'
make[3]: *** No rule to make target 'install-nobase_includeHEADERS'. Stop.
make[3]: Leaving directory '/home/lena/Data/LFS-build-chroots/netlux-9.0/build/build/gettext-0.20.1/libtextstyle/lib'
make[2]: *** [Makefile:3955: textstyle.h] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory '/home/lena/Data/LFS-build-chroots/netlux-9.0/build/build/gettext-0.20.1/gettext-tools/src'
make[1]: *** [Makefile:2173: all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/lena/Data/LFS-build-chroots/netlux-9.0/build/build/gettext-0.20.1/gettext-tools'
make: *** [Makefile:2041: all] Error 2
I have followed the instructions and copy-pasted all commands. I've double checked my scripts and everything looks fine. What's the problem?

Fwiw I always build in /mnt/lfs where I know the perms are right and the path is never in question or too long. I suggest new builders build on real hardware w/ one hdd with a host swap and lfs partitions. Makes building-booting simple.

You have been here on LQ a while and you use pacman so I have to assume you would know the benefits of the above.

That is really not the problem! I've built LFS twice a year for 6,5 years, so I'm definitely not new to this...

I hope someone knows what's wrong, because I don't know how to trouble shoot this...

It may not be what's wrong but it's the first thing I'd do differently than you was my point.
From the error you got I'd suspect I missed or made a mistake in the early chp 5 pkgs and start over.
I'm sure this dont help YOU either but both my posts are for you and whomever reads them also. That may be a new builder.
