Angry glibc compile error "dl-machine.h"


Hello!
I am getting a compile error in glibc pass 1.
"error: dl-machine.h: profile-fixup declared static but not defined."
Compiling on Red Hat 9 text mode. Any answers??

Uh, did you forget to install the patch???
glibc-2.3.2-sscanf-1.patch

did you include this in your ./configure command???

I used the "--disable-profile" option. Where is the patch??

are you doing LFS 5.0 OR
5.1??

I am using 5.1.1 and there are no patches fro glibc in that version.
